About Greta Notaro
Greta Notaro enters the black belt division after building one of the most accomplished colored belt careers of her generation. A multiple-time IBJJF champion, she captured major titles including World No-Gi, Pan No-Gi, and Pan Championships while consistently standing on the podium at the sport's biggest events.
Across her colored belt journey, she earned 37 IBJJF medals, including 20 golds, establishing herself as one of the most dominant competitors in her division. Representing Alliance, Greta begins the next chapter of her career, ready to test herself against the world's elite black belts and continue the trajectory that has made her one of the sport's rising stars.

What’s the recommended attire for my child during class?
We suggest wearing comfortable athletic clothing. For martial arts, a uniform is required and can be purchased directly from us.
Am I allowed to observe my child’s classes?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch classes. We want you to stay connected to your child’s martial arts progress.
What age groups do you accept for your programs?
We offer classes for children, teens, and adults, starting as young as 3.5 years old.
How do you ensure the safety of the students?
Student safety is one of our top priorities. All instructors have undergone background checks and are CPR certified. Our coaching team is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive training environment for every student.
Can you tell me about your free trial program?
