About Jhonny Loureiro
Jhonny Loureiro is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Professor Mario Reis and has established himself as one of the top middleweight competitors representing the renowned Alliance team. His elite career began taking shape in 2015, when he earned his black belt following a dominant run at brown belt, capturing 32 gold medals across national and international grappling circuits.
As a technical leader, Jhonny serves as Head Instructor at Alliance Praia do Rosa in Brazil and has also been responsible for developing the teams at Alliance San Diego and Alliance Huntington Beach in California. He currently resides in San Diego, where he balances his career as a high-level athlete with the expansion of his businesses and preparations to open his own academy in Carmel Mountain Ranch.

What’s the recommended attire for my child during class?
We suggest wearing comfortable athletic clothing. For martial arts, a uniform is required and can be purchased directly from us.
Am I allowed to observe my child’s classes?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch classes. We want you to stay connected to your child’s martial arts progress.
What age groups do you accept for your programs?
We offer classes for children, teens, and adults, starting as young as 3.5 years old.
How do you ensure the safety of the students?
Student safety is one of our top priorities. All instructors have undergone background checks and are CPR certified. Our coaching team is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive training environment for every student.
Can you tell me about your free trial program?
